SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped with 2-3 days.
Custom orders will take longer, normally 2-6 weeks. Contact us before placing the order for a more acuate lead time.
Cancellation or modifications to orders can be made in the first 24 hours of the order being placed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered. please ensure your shipping address is correct.
If a parcel is returned due to the address being incomplete or incorrect then the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, then contact us for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If a customer wishes to return any item(s) they must contact us with 7 days of the order being delivered.
Items must be unused, and undamaged and in it's original packaging.
If the reason for the item being returned is due to a defect or damage (not due to the courier) then the item will be examined upon being returned before a refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is desired to returned due to damage in transit, then a photo of the condition of how the parcel arrived and any damage sustained during the delivery process. A replacement or full refund with then be offered.
